I'd like to know how to set am/pm on the Kenmore microwave clock. Otherwise, the microwave works just great. Only complaint would be it's a little on the loud side and the door hinge is rough to close. In a more expensive model - this is an apartment model and probably lower end - I'm sure these features would be softer and more "user friendly."
