Among the “nay” Sayers the top reason for not liking this product is that it stops working within months of purchase. Of course within the warranty, you can get free parts replacement, but once a unit fails there is always that seed of doubt in your mind.

Summary

While the power saving feature is excellent, but in the power save mode cooking in the microwave can be quite irritating. It sets the timer to one minute by default and you need to keep opening the microwave door repeatedly to increment your cooking time. This is why some users preferred to have an Auto Repeat button to avoid the frequent door opening.

Given its features, it probably is not a good option for someone who uses microwaves for just defrosting and reheating. If you intend to cook in your microwave this is one of the better units to consider.
