Charming Cranberry Sauce Left Overs
Everyone knows that Thanksgiving is a hectic time for cooking and your stove top stays pretty occupied throughout the day. That is why I cook my cranberry sauce in the microwave!
Ingredients:
1 package of fresh cranberries
1/4 cup of orange juice
3/4 cup of sugar
Directions:
1. Pour your package of fresh cranberries, orange juice and sugar into a 2-quart casserole dish, microwave safe of course.
2. Cover with lid or if that is unavailable, vented plastic wrap.
3. Microwave from 8-11 minutes, or until cranberries pop.
