Fancy Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 pound medium mushrooms
3 tbsp bread crumbs
4 tbsp margarine or butter
1/2 cup finely cut green onion

Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and separate the stems from the caps.
2. Arrange the mushroom caps in a single layer baking dish (that's microwave safe, of course).
3. Dice the mushroom stems as finely as possible.
4. Combine the cut stems with butter and onion in a 1 quart casserole dish.
5. Microwave uncovered for 3-4 minutes (stirring occasionally). Then add the parsley flakes and bread crumbs then set aside.
6. Cover the mushroom caps and microwave 1 1/2 - 3 minutes. They should be almost fully cooked.
7. Stuff each of the mushroom caps with the other mixture.
8. Cover and Microwave for 2 minutes (or until hot).
