Fast and Delicious Tuna Rice Casserole

Easy ingredients, easy dish
Ingredients:
1 box Rice-A-Roni Nature's Way Long Grain & Wild Rice
1 can chunk light tuna, in water, drained
1/2 cup frozen peas (and/or corn)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook rice according to microwave directions on box, but stop 2 minutes early. Mix together rice, tuna, and peas (corn), and return to microwave-safe dish. Mix together bread crumbs and cheese, sprinkle over the top. Do not cover.
Return to microwave and cook 3-4 minutes more, rotating if needed.
Let cool 5 minutes, then enjoy! Also great with broccoli instead of peas, and canned chicken instead of tuna.
