GE countertop microwave - JES738WJ
The GE countertop microwave is small and compact, but actually quite roomy for all our cooking. The buttons are quick and easy to use and have yet to malfunction.
I don't use the quick buttons often but the defroster is efficient and reminds you when to turn whatever you are defrosting at decent intervals.
The microwave makes minimal noise while cooking, though the humming should be expected for microwaves anyways. The white is nice, but I would have preferred a black model. Even though I wash the microwave frequently, it has eventually gained stains which are close to impossible to get rid of.
This is partially my fault for burning a thing here or there, but a black finish would hide these things more easily. Besides that, the microwave is very easy to clean, as you can remove the rotating dish and wash separately.
Most splatters, even if set for a few days, can be easily removed with a little bit of elbow grease. Food always comes out as expected, and the cooking times relate to the wattage pretty spot on. For a small kitchen, this microwave is great for taking up minimal space but being able to cook most of your typical everyday food. For the price, you just can't beat it.
