GE Monogram is a brand of GE appliances that focuses on integration and professionalism.

GE Monogram Microwave ZE2160SF

This microwave has a capacity of 2.1 cubic feet, 1200 Watts of power and is available only in stainless steel.

It features:

Electronic Touchpad Controls
Express Cook and Instant On Controls
Electronic Digital Display with Clock
Sensor Cooking Controls for popcorn, beverage, reheating, potatoes, vegetables and chicken/fish
Has 10 power levels and an Add 30 seconds feature As far as the control features go the microwave features Child lock, Delay Start, Display On/Off and Time & Auto Defrost.

GE Monogram Microwave ZEM200SF

This model is considerably smaller than the previous one sporting only one cubic foot of capacity and 800 Watts of power. It also differs from the previous model in the fact that this microwave is available in white on white and black on black besides its Monogram specific stainless steel.

That is where the differences end, this microwave having most if not all of the features of the previous model:

Ten levels of power which vary from the lowest which can be used to keep food warm or to soften butter to the highest level which can be used to cook things like fish, bacon and boiling liquids
Electronic Touchpads
Sensor Cooking Controls for beverage, potatoes, vegetables, chicken/fish, popcorn and reheating, all of these being Instant On features as well as the Instant On feature of “ Add 30 Seconds”
The model also comes with Child Lock-Out a feature that allows you to basically lock the access to the control panel in order to prevent the microwave oven from being accidentally started or used by children.
The Delay Start feature allows the user to set the microwave to delay cooking for up to twenty-four hours, meaning that you can prepare your meal before you go out, and program your microwave to have it warm when you get home, great convenience.

GE Monogram Microwave ZEM200BF

This model of microwave for all intents and purposes is exactly the same as the ZEM200SF except the fact that it comes in black on black.

Despite the fact that these models are the high-end products that GE has to offer when it comes to microwaves, it would appear that they suffer from the reliability stand-point, the majority of buyers having had trouble with units requiring costly repair work to be done.

Even more-so it would appear that the whole line of Monogram appliances has the same problem some of their customers reporting that entire ranges had to be completely replaced as well as other appliances from the Monogram brand.

Of course these could be exceptions to the rule since there are many other users out there who are quite happy with their GE Monogram microwaves however considering the fact that at least some of the models tend to break down a lot you might want to consider getting the extended warranty just to be on the safe side.
