GE Over the Range Microwave - JNM1851SMSS
This GE Over the Range Microwave was chosen when I built my house. The builder offered all GE appliances. I chose this microwave based on 3 things; Color, Wattage and size.
I chose the stainless steel color and I couldn't be happier, it is very easy to clean and combined with black accents on it looks really great. This model is 1200 Watts, which is ample power to cook anything quickly. It has a great defrost cycle as well, enter the items weight and start, normally it defrosts very well without actually cooking the food. Lastly, size, the microwave is 1.8 cu ft I believe. Plenty of room for anything I can fit in there. I don't think you can fit anything like a turkey in it but who cooks a whole turkey in the microwave anyhow.
It also has a turntable, light with 2 settings, 3 fan speeds, two timers, popcorn mode, leftover mode, express cook one touch and a rack. I have no problems with this microwave and nothing I'd really change about it either.
