IFB 23SC2 - Compact and Elegant
I have IFB microwave oven for last 2 years and have been using it regularly. The easy features are very resourceful.
The soft touch pad comes out handy to me. The microwave has great features. This microwave has 10 power levels and 10 Auto cook menus, that make cooking pretty easy.
Speed defrost is one option that is a time and life saver, as sometime, guests drop in without intimation, and I need to thaw frozen stuff in minutes. Speed defrost does that in minutes.
Apart from me, even the rest of the family can operate this oven without any difficulty. The food gets evenly cooked and i always get compliments for the same.
I like its compact size, as it fits perfectly on above my cabinet, as compared to the other oven i had earlier.
I had an other microwave earlier, which was no matter very efficient but was a bit bulky. Since my kitchen happens to be very small, I needed a oven which would fit in nicely and compliment my kitchen as well. I like its color(gray), which is complete contrast to my kitchen shade.
The service that is offered by the company is at time very poor though. When I had bought it, I was bit confused with the sound of fan coming out of the oven while cooking. I called their service center, who said that the service technician would come in a day.
This guy arrived after two days to my place. He seemed to be a bit rude and careless. Instead of telling me the exact problem with my microwave, he kept mentioning he had to travel that far to check the problem. His answers were pretty vague and tone, pretty rude. His attitude was totally unacceptable.
Apart from all these, I believe IFB products are good and cost efficient.
