Mattar Pulao

Ingredients:

• Mattar (Green Peas) – 1 cup
• Water – 2 cups
• Oil – 2 teaspoons
• Rice (Granular) – 1 cup
• Green chilies – 2 pieces
• Cinnamon – 2 pieces
• Onions – ½ cups
• Salt to taste
• Cloves – 2 pieces
• Bay leaf – 1 no.

Recipe:

1. Chop green chilies and onions
2. Put all ingredients except rice, peas and salt
in a bowl.
3. For 1 minute, microwave at high temperature,
stir and microwave for another minute
4. Add peas, rice, salt and water.
5. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes, stir. Again
microwave for 5 to 6 minutes and stir.
6. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes one more time and
it is done. Mattar Pulao is ready.
