Microwave BBQ Chicken Wings

Microwave BBQ Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of chicken wings, tips removed
- 1 cups ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar (dark or light)
- 2 minced medium cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Cut wings in half, discard tips.
2. Wash, rinse and pat the wings dry
3. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, minced garlic, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Place chicken wings with skin-side up in a glass pan with the thicker sides of the wings pointing towrd the outer rim.
5. Cover the pan with a paper towel
6. Cook on high for 10 - 12 minutes depending on power of the microwave.
7. Pour sauce over wings after cooked.
8. Serve immediately
