Microwave Caramel Pudding

Take 500ml milk, 3 eggs, 2 slices of bread, 100 gram sugar (quantity of sugar can be changed as one's preference), 5 drops of vanilla syrup. Blend all these well with a blender or mixer.

In a microwave dish put 3 spoons of sugar, 1 drop of lemon juice, 5 drops of water.

Keep it in the oven for 3 minutes on high power, we will get a caramel syrup which is light brown in color. Allow it to cool.

Now pour the the blended mixture in to the dish and microwave it for 6-8 minutes on high power.

Take the dish out and see whether it is set,if not set keep for another 2 minutes. Allow it to cool.

A very yummy and delicious pudding is ready.
