Ingredients

1 (17 or 18 pound) package Chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 Cup Water
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
Dash of salt
1 (6 oz) package semi sweet chocolate morsels

Instructions

Combine cake mix with water and 2 eggs according to the package direction, in a large mixing bowl
Beat together cream cheese and sugar
Mix in egg and salt
Beat until smooth
Fold in chocolate morsels
Line muffin pan with paper cupcake liners
Drop 1 level tablespoon of batter into each
Drop rounded teaspoon cream cheese mixture into the center of cake batter
Cover by dropping another level of tablespoon of chocolate mixture
Bake 6 cupcakes on full power for about 1 min 45 sec to 2 minutes or until top spring breaks when lightly pressed with finger
Edges might be moist
Remove cupcakes immediately and place on cooking rack
Repeat with the remaining cupcakes
If you desire, frost them
