My 'Onida Power Convection 25 XL' in action!
I am using a microwave oven introduced by Onida India, a new model of convection type microwave oven that is highly worthy and powerful in it's performance.
With its salient features like 25 Liter capacity, 900 Watts microwave power, 1250 Watts grill power, 2050 Watts convection power, easy to use jog wheel control, auto reheat and defrost, keep warm feature, multistage cooking, eight preset Indian cook Menus, child-lock and a lot more, for an affordable price of just 7000 INR.
Besides all these, I got cookware, a fine cook book, baking plate, turntable and roller assembly and a grill stand at no extra cost!
Now, a little about the use and experience. The device is quiet and easy to use. The self explanatory control panel and the jog wheel are very easy to operate.
The beep sound produced is not that annoying, but catches the attention of the user, even if he/she is away from the device.
Cooking using the grill and convection are much effective and multistage cooking helps to combine microwave, convection and grill cooking to be done in desired time and combination modes.
No complaints so far for the above said model I bought, for the past eight months, and I do use it daily for cooking for about two hours average usage time.
Here are some negatives... Though the real time as well as the cooking time could be set, will get reset when the power is switched off. Again, it's too heavy to lift up(about 15 kg).
