Oster Microwave model #OM1101NOE

We bought our microwave, which was a floor model because that was the only one left, about two months ago from Best Buy. Yesterday it just stopped working. I am very disappointed. I have no manual and no recourse. Don't think I will ever buy Oster again.

On my way home to the DC area from a VA Beach high school graduation one Sunday in June 2010 I stopped at the best buy there to get this for my office. It's now January 2011 and it barely works . . . Fortunately I do have no the receipt so we'll see what happens

Purchased this item from Best Buy more than a year ago and now not working anymore. Called Best Buy and there is not way I can return it. Suggest that I called the manufacturer to get some help for repair. What a hassle. I guess this kind of microwave is disposable! I don't recommend this item.
