Sometimes when I use the Timer Clock to heat something I get no heat coming out at all. Very strange. Then I try pressing different buttons and it will start working.

Anyone experienced something similar? Would appreciate any help.
I have no manual.

Fairly easy to use and reasonable cooking results, but barely lasted 3 years of moderate use - I would have expected much longer.
