Pasta and More Pasta Cooker

My kids have their friends over for dinner all the time so I like to make a big pot of spaghetti because everyone likes spaghetti and its cheap and easy.

But not its even easier! I can cook the spaghetti without babysitting a boiling pot of water and I can steam veggies using the extender ring.

The spaghetti is cooked to perfection and I just drain it and serve it all in the same container! Leftovers go into the fridge in the same container.

Plus the house doesn’t get hot from cooking a bunch of pans on the stove. My set came with a cookbook that has about 50 recipes, most are pretty good sounding but I haven’t tried any yet.

Take five pieces of microwave durable plastic and shape them into bowls and you have got pasta n more.

When I first got these as a gift at my wedding shower I was convinced it was a hoax.

Cooking pasta to perfection is a time consuming chore.

When I finally got up enough nerve to give it a try it surprised me.

You see the baby was just born and my husband called to say he was bringing home a colleague for dinner. I had to think of something that would be fast and easy.

Looking around the kitchen I found that I had been rather lax in my grocery shopping I had spaghetti, some jar sauce and a bit of hard cheese.

The problem was that my husband and associate were only 30 minutes away.

I decided it was as good a time as any to see if the claims were for real.

Imagine how surprised I was when the pasta was done in less than half the time it would have taken on the range top.

Since I did not have to play nursemaid to a pot of boiling water I had time to really jazz up the jar sauce to add my own special touch and even get the sides and meat dishes prepared. The meal turned out to be roaring success.

Since then I have made every kind of pasta imaginable.

My pasta n more came with its own cookbook and I must admit the recipes are fabulous.

My sister's 9 and 12 year old love it they make elbow macaroni in it, add some cheese and they say it is way better than the box stuff. The best part about this is they can do it themselves with only minimal supervision.

I read a lot of negative reviews about this product and had to have my say. If you use it properly the food comes out just as the commercial claims it will.

The clean up is easy and you have no big pots of steaming water making the house hot. You can even cook a baked potato in the unit and it is done all the way through.

At first you will be a bit apprehensive about that much water in the microwave, I know I was but let me tell you this new design is something else. It actually swirls the hot water around the pasta and this is partly why it cooks so quickly.

They say it won't stick but I admit I still add a drop of oil to the water to be certain.

The unit also includes a steam rack so you can cook vegetables, rice and even desserts.

I recommend that this is one product that you simply must try for yourself, you will love the way it works and soon wonder how you ever made it without one.
