This rice cooker also makes pasta and does it super fast in the microwave. It comes with its own colander, steamer insert, pasta measurer, measuring cups and spoons, rice paddle, and locking lid!

I usually throw in some veggies too. It’s so much better than my old rice cooker that always burned the bottom of the rice and was impossible to clean.

This cooker makes the rice fluffy and so it doesn’t burn or stick. It can make 12 cups at once, but I have never made that much, but I do make extra so I can have leftovers the next day. The cooker goes in the dishwasher so clean up is easy.

Rice cooker and more they should say in the advertisement. I have made pasta in this and it comes out beautifully every time.

It has every thing you need to cook perfect rice and delicious pasta. It has its own colander which is a very nice touch, and then you have the steamer insert, the measuring cups and spoons and even a special device for measuring the pasta.

The rice comes out fluffy and it never sticks or burns. I had to play a bit with the liquid and time to get the perfect combination.

The steamer makes up to 12 cups of rice but I have really only made about 6 cups at one time. I found the secret to making perfect rice in this that the water should only reach the first knuckle of your finger when you reach through it to touch the rice.

Cook for about 13-15 minutes and you will have fluffy, every kernel separated rice.

I have used it to steam things like shellfish, salmon, and other fish.

They all cook to perfection and the best part is nothing sticks.

If you like mashed potatoes and don?t like the box variety all you do is cut up a few small ones add flavoring and salt then steam. Once they are done you can mash them or whip them either way they will be delicious.

When you get your progressive microwave rice cooker, you will be delighted. Have fun with it is all I can say. I have tried things that normally would not be cooked in a rice cooker and they came out just fine.

Be adventurous with this device it is so easy to clean that even if the recipe you try goes awry you won?t have a really nasty clean up on your hands.
