Ingredients:
• Condensed milk – half cup
• Milk- 4 cups
• Bread crumbs – 1 cup
• Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
• Corn flour – 1 teaspoon
• Chopped dry fruits as per choice
• Sugar– 4 teaspoons
Recipe:
1.Mix corn flour with one teaspoon of milk and make a paste.
2.Combine all the ingredients except corn flour and dry fruits in a microwave bowl and microwave at high temperature for two minutes, stir and again microwave for three minutes.
3.Add corn flour paste made in step 1 above in the same bowl and microwave for one minute. Stir the stuff and again microwave for one more minute.
4.Take the bowl out and let it cool. Pour dry fruits on it. Shahi Rabdi is ready. It can be served either in same condition or chilled.
