Stuffed Peppers

This is a Romanian recipe

Ingredients:
8-10 peppers
600g grinded mincemeat
2 onions
100 g rice
200 ml tomato sauce
2 ketchup spoons 2 tomatoes
1 dill
1 parsley
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons flour
40 ml oil
salt
pepper
paprika

How to prepare:

1. Dice the onion and put it in a pan with hot oil.

2. When it starts to fry, add ketchup,and the rice and stir until the water level drops to 0.

3. Put the meat, the rice and onions, the chopped dill and parsley, salt and pepper and stir until it`s homogeneous .

4. Clean the peppers(empty them), then fry them for about 3-4 minutes in the left oil.

5. In a glass ball put the peppers and fill it up with tomato sauce and water until the peppers are covered.

6. Put the ball in the microwave for 30 minutes at medium temperature. Eat with cream horseradish salad.
