Microwave 2 tier Steamer

This steamer is great, its one of the few that can fit asparagus and carrots! I use it to steam everything because it so much healthier to steam foods than to cook them any other way! I steam veggies and fish and rice.

The steamer is big and holds quite a bit of food. Not only is it easy to use and cooks well, but it saves me time and money since its fast and I don’t have to turn on the stove. It’s super easy clean up too, I just throw it in the dishwasher and go!

OMG a steamer that can actually hold carrots
by: MrsABK

This is one great steamer. I have owned several different models and brands and this is one of the few that can fit asparagus and carrots whole.

I have used it to steam everything. Seafood comes out great and the vegetables remain crisp and delicious. Steaming is a healthier way to eat. Unlike boiling it locks in the goodness instead of washing it away.

This baby is big and it holds enough food for two. I can safely retire the Ziploc steamer bags I used to take my lunch in now. Not only were they costly but the entire ordeal was very messy.

I ruined several pairs of pants trying to eat healthier. Just when I thought no one would ever come up with something better I ran across this handy little item.

It has made me the envy of the break room. All of my friends at work want one.

You see me and several of the ladies have started this new weight loss plan and it calls for low calorie steamed meals and they are stuck with the old bag in the microwave while I just waltz right in pop it in the Microwave and in seconds I am eating a perfectly steamed meal. I eat right out of the steamer this saves time and clean up in the break area.

You can put a medium chicken breast on the bottom sprinkle the frozen vegetables on top and you have a healthy meal ready to steam and eat.

I have cooked shrimp, fish, and even steamed an entire blue crab in this baby. They all turned out great. I could not believe the capacity of the dish.

Cooking in it is easy with the chicken breast and vegetables I remove the veggies steam the meat for about 6-7 minutes then take the breast out put the vegetables on the bottom and steam for 8-10 minutes. The results are a tasty dish that makes your mouth water.

All you have to do is put the water in the bottom season the foods you are preparing place it in the steamer, set the timer and wait.

When opening the dish cover please open away from your face and allow steam to escape. Kind of like burping the old Tupperware bowls. This will prevent steam burns.

I would not recommend that you allow young children to use it but for adults it is highly recommended. When we pulled names for the Christmas party it didn?t matter who I got, I already knew what they would receive.
